オーフス市庁舎を設計した際に手掛けたウォールクロック。ケースとの一体型を実現した文字盤に直接インデックスを描くことで、独特の立体感を演出しています。また、ガラスの湾曲もオリジナルに忠実に再現。

オーフス市庁舎は中に飾られる家具や照明はもちろん、灰皿やドアノブに至るまで手掛けられ、トータルデザインという完璧主義へのこだわりが姿を現しはじめた建築物です。

当時の設計図面を元に忠実に再現されたローマンクロックは、ケースとの一体成型の文字盤が、独特の立体感を演出しています。壮大かつ非の打ちどころのないエレガンスが印象に残る作品です。
